If you have any shark jokes, games, activities, drawings, photographs or experiences that you would like to share, we'd love to hear from you. Please email us at: enquiries@sharktrust.org.

Below are a few of our favourite activities for you to try -

Ever wondered about the size of your favourite shark, skate or ray? The Shark Trust uses its Sharkometer to show just how long, or short, different sharks are - you might be surprised!  Click here

Many of you will have already joined in The Great Eggcase Hunt, collecting mermaids purses from the strandline to help the Shark Trust in the conservation of skates and rays. Well here's your chance to make your very own GIANT eggcase. Click here.

Can't get to the beach? Then make your own! This resource is aimed primarily at schools or environmental centres, but if you really like sand, then there is no reason not to make one! Remember to take care when collecting things from the strandline as not everything is safe to pick up, always use a stick or your boots to dig around. Click here.

If you can get to the beach why not try making a sandcastle with a difference!  For the last two years the Shark Trust has run a summer event at North Sands beach in Salcombe, Devon. Along with a professional sand sculptor and lots of helping hands the Trust has bulit life-size Basking Sharks, Common Skate and huge eggcases.

The Shark Trust promotes the study, management and conservation of sharks, skates and rays. The Shark Trust is the UK member of the European Elasmobranch Association. As such, it collaborates with other national member bodies to achieve their aims in British, European and international waters. The Trust aims to join forces with other groups concerned with shark, skate and ray conservation issues. These include commercial fisherman, recreational sea anglers, divers, yachtsmen, and all those who want to ensure the future survival of these fascinating but threatened animals.
