Supernova Kelpies

The Supernova Kelpies 5K returns to Helix Park & The Kelpies on Friday 17th & Saturday 18th March 2023 - all you have to do is pick which date suits you best.

The Supernova Kelpies event is the perfect way to get involved in a timed 5K with your family and friends. Starting & finishing within Helix Park, this beautiful route allows runners the rare opportunity to run alongside the iconic Kelpie sculptures, which are lit up and change colour at dusk to create a beautiful spectacle for participants and spectators alike!

Hi. I’m Orla, I’m 6 years old and LOVE sharks. I like to learn about them and they are my favourite animal. When I went swimming with sharks, I was sad to hear that 100,000,000 sharks get taken from the sea every year.
