Run, run, run.

The London Marathon is now in touching distance. I've followed the training plan to the letter. Since New Year I've run over 620km in nearly 58 hours of running. I've gone up (and down) 5417m - not quite Mount Everest but almost the height of Mount Kilimanjaro.

And I have ONE BIG RUN yet to go on April 28th. Thanks to a generous donation from Animal Friends Pet Insurance, I'll be running in a shark costume just to add to the challenge.

This is probably the only marathon I'll ever run and I want to make the most of it by raising funds for my beloved Shark Trust. I'm doing it because sharks and healthy oceans matter - it's not top of everyone's list but it means a lot to me.

Anyone who's spent more that 10 minutes with me knows that I'm into sharks. It's my job and I'm really proud of the work that we do at the Shark Trust. We can always do more and we are limited only by our resources.

Please help me get through by supporting me as I go...a little or a lot, every penny counts. Thank you.
